Find The Key! - A Devlog
Originally I wanted to make something of the foam pit game I made for my last assignment. But, I decided to just make a simple game. The goal? Find the key and unlock the door to escape. Find The Key! is a co-op game that consists of first player being mouse and keyboard, and second player being a controller. The catch was, the key had rumble if a player is near. Since second player had the controller, it could feel the rumble. Without second player, how will you find the key? There was only one obvious solution to this: FIND THE KEY!!! There wasn't a big reason why I used these assets other than that they look really nice. Props to whoever made these. Towards the end of the game, there's a silly message I wanted to throw in there. I know this wasn't spectacular, but I mostly wanted to show off my knowledge of the coding aspect, and some design aspect as well. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the camera shake to work when the door opens (Destroy Actor). Other than that, this game includes ForceFeedback and splitscreen.
I included a link to the assets I used in the description of the game. But, for easy access, I will post them here:

I created a branch from the same GitHub as my foam pit game. (I realized halfway into building the level). At least the merge didn't break anything. Here is a link to the GitHub here:
